Menu Plug - Main Moulding
Above are a selection of both mouldings. They have just been roughly trimmed as they come out of their respective moulds.Each item is about 4 inches long.
Below on the left are the two halves of the mould used for the main moulding.
Below is a sample of a moulding after it has been trimmed and drilled
All that is required before assembly is for the end lugs to be milled to size so that they make a good fit into the steel side support channels
